Intensive 2-3 day workshop to distill product essence: what's the main value proposition, who are the first users, what are 3 absolutely critical features for MVP. We eliminate everything that's nice-to-have but non-essential. We define clear success metrics and "done" criteria. We design user flows for main happy path. We prioritize brutally for speed.

We develop MVP in ultra-focused weekly cycles. We use modern technologies for speed. Weekly demos for feedback and course correction. We write only strictly necessary code, no over-engineering. Quality sufficient for early users.

We prepare for soft launch: basic monitoring, error tracking, analytics for behavior. We onboard first 10-20 users personally for detailed feedback. We watch how they use product, where they get stuck, what's critically missing. We improve daily based on real feedback. We prepare for scale when we validate basic assumptions.

Post-launch, we run 1-week improvement cycles: identify problem #1, build solution, deploy, validate. Intensive monitoring of metrics: activation rate, retention, main action completion. User interviews for qualitative insights. We pivot quickly on features that don't work. When validation is solid, we plan next scaling phase with confidence.
