We implement event tracking in application, feature flag system, and testing framework. We integrate session replay tools for qualitative insights. We configure automated dashboards for product metrics and automatic alerts for anomalies.

We build dashboards for each part of the product funnel. We train the team how to analyze data and extract insights. We set experimentation cadence: idea generation, hypothesis formulation, test design, analysis. We conduct experiment reviews to learn from each test, win or loss. We gradually scale test complexity.
